Exhibitor Information

Thank you for joining us for our 2025 Autism & Developmental Differences Expo on March 23! We’re excited to be meeting in person and anticipate a wonderful gathering of our local autism community! We are including important information for the big day below and will update as we have more info!

Schedule for Saturday, March 15

9:00-10:00am: Set up & Network. We encourage you to be there to set up your booth at 9am and take the time to network with other exhibitors before attendees arrive.
10:00-1:00pm: Open Exhibitor Hall. Connect with attendees as they walk through the Exhibitor Hall.
1:00pm: Pack up!

Guidelines

Each exhibitor will be given 1 rectangular table and two chairs. If you need additional chairs, or extra space for any reason, please reach out and let us know and we will try to accommodate. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own table coverings and signage.
You are welcome to bring standing banners, as long as they fit either behind or to the side of your table without blocking other exhibitors or the main walkway. Please no glitter, animals or other items with high potential for mess or allergies.
We will be having a passport contest to help attendees engage more with exhibitors. We will need you to stamp each attendee’s passport when they come by your booth. More info on this to come.

Transportation

Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy is located at 8601 W Roosevelt Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130. There is plenty of free parking available.
